"Currently my artistic practice is a combination of installation and sculpture, as well as occasionally incorporating digital elements. I'm fond of using materials in interesting and unexpected ways; thus experimenting with their full capabilities. I often start works without a preconceived notion of what I will create; I find something that interests me during the process, whether that is a way of image-making or a sculptural form, and then let the work develop naturally. As a result my work is rather varied both in its medium and conceptual nature. However, the majority of my work carries a similar monochromatic sensibility. I want my work to intrigue and engage the viewer; for example past installations have aimed to encourage interactive experiences. There is a binary sense of familiarity and the unknown in my work that captivates the audience both visually and intellectually."
